Is the handover guarantee included automatically?+
No. Its scope, conditions and any remedial cleaning are expressly agreed in the quotation.
Is broom-clean the same as a final clean?+
No. Broom-clean describes a reduced finish, often after clearance. The tenancy agreement and agreed handover standard remain decisive.
Can clearance and cleaning be booked separately?+
Yes. We recommend one coordinated process when both must be completed before the same handover date.
